David has spent 30 years coaching some of America’s top leaders and consulting with their organizations .  He’s designed and facilitated hundreds of leadership programs for middle managers through C-suite executives.

David now allocates half of his consulting practice to support non-profit organizations and other agents of social change to build leadership capacity and refine strategy.

David has spent his career in Winston-Salem, NC where he moved after getting a BA in Pyschology from Eckerd College and an MBA from the University of NC at Chapel Hill.   His career has always walked the path where Psychology intersects with Business.
